      C’est la chose la plus bizarre que j’ai vue. Je reproduis aussi le problème sur Windows 10.
      
      Je constate que le problème survient même si vous effacez complètement le contenu du document, le tableau y compris. Avec un document totalement effacé, je reproduis le problème.
      
      En revanche, avec un document nouvellement créé, pas de problème.
      
      En dézippant votre document et regardant le contenu de content.xml, je constate que votre document contient plein de texte invisible.
      
      Je ne sais pas quoi vous dire hormis que votre document semble étrangement formé.
      C’est un document converti de Word ?
